We accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at stephaniewadkins@elsewherefamilyfarm.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal) once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process after approval.
Final sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.
